Born on December 22, 1982 in the United States of America, Brian attended Spring Valley High School before enrolling at Morehouse College. Later he went on to study law at the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Following in his father’s footsteps as a practicing attorney, Brian served as an assistant Solicitor and a Columbia City Councilman. At just 40 years old, he was known to be Columbia’s youngest-serving councilman.

Tragic Death
On January 3rd, 2023 Brian passed away suddenly due to reportedly suffering from a heart attack caused by a blood clot. His funeral services were held on January 9th at Brookland Baptist Church in West Columbia where family members mourned their loss along with friends and colleagues.
